Selecting the design for your company exhibitions:

1. Look at your full programme of events over the next 2 years - the quote should reflect multiple use.
2. Is the design flexible enough to adapt to diffent stand shapes and sizes?
3. Up to one third of the cost of the stand is attributed to logistics and storage.
4. Does the construction or graphics obscure your view of your visitors - you need to be able to see if they come aboard.

The golden rules for graphics:

1. Make sure your graphics communicate who you are, what you do and the reason your visitors should speak to you.
2. Messages below 1.5 metres high are wasted.
3. Avoid too much text - pictures speak volumes.

1. How easy is it for your staff to erect a particular system?
2. Look at the quality and mobilty of the strage boxes - they are the key to your systems lasting attraction?

Look at quality of the support system and graphics; there is often a trade off against price:

1. Is there a long term guarantee?
2. How easy is it to affix the graphics - particularly if erecting on an uneven surface.

Offer the proper training:

80% of the exhibition results are due to the performance of the stand staff. Proactive prospecting can add at least 20% to the business you do at the show, most exhibitiors fail to set targets for their stand staff.
